Emma Zingg, MSW, LCSW

Clinical Therapist

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is always to meet you where you’re at and leverage your strengths in order to meet your unique goals. My previous concentration was with older adults and families having spent my early post-graduate work at Cambridge House Alliance’s (CHA) Program for all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE). There I provided acute therapy and gained experience in a range of diagnoses—both medical and psychiatric—as well as, had the opportunity to work in the psychiatric emergency room at CHA Everett Hospital, further broadening my expertise in managing various psychiatric conditions for patients of all ages.

In therapeutic sessions, I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy techniques. This approach ensures compassionate, client-centered support tailored to individual needs and fosters a supportive therapeutic environment. It’s important that I provide a safe space for every patient who enters my office.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, expressing myself through creating ceramics, and spending time outdoors with my dog!
