ABOUT US
OUR SERVICES
Our philosophy of care is to provide strength-based, comprehensive treatment to clients of all ages. We strongly believe that when we are given the tools to be successful, every individual absolutely can and will be their best selves!
We credit patient success to two key factors: first, the development of a strong therapeutic alliance with our clinicians, where patients can feel safe to be themselves and work on whatever circumstance brought them in to see us. Second, for our patients to have confidence that we will provide a thoughtful differential diagnosis so both our clients (when appropriate) and the family can better understand the abilities and challenges of a particular diagnosis.
We will provide short and long-term therapy via the following modalities:
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Dialectical behavior therapy
- Educational advocate
- Family therapy
- Filial therapy
- Mindfulness based therapy
- Motivational interviewing
- Play therapy
- Psycho-education
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Safety Contracts
- School advocacy and IEP/504 plan support
- Solution-focused brief therapy
- Wraparound Service Model
